I've probably read two dozen articles in the last two weeks from the major news outlets - Washington Post, NYT, WSJ, etc discussing the impact of Romney's Mormonism. A lot have been positive - especially in the Washington Post, but I think that yesterday's editorial page in in the NYT is a good example of the anti-Mormon sentiment that currently exists in factions of both parties. Herman Cain's rise in the polls I think is directly proportional to Perry's decline - and I think that those who have flocked to those banner are those who are unwilling to vote for a Mormon.
